If you choose Express Delivery, you can receive your order within 24 hours. For standard delivery, most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days. For large appliances like refrigerators, TVs 40” and above, washing machines, and other major electronics, delivery may take 5–7 business days.

Currently, we do not deliver outside the UAE. For special requirements, you can contact our team, and we will advise on delivery feasibility based on the product and location. 

Yes, all products come with standard manufacturer warranty as stated in the product’s warranty terms.

Home Delivery: Available for all products.
Store Pickup: Orders can be collected from select Al Hashemi Electronics stores at no extra charge. Please bring your Order ID, Emirates ID/Passport, and payment card used for purchase.

Note: Some large appliances like refrigerators, TVs 40”+, washing machines, and other items are delivered directly by suppliers and not available for store pickup. 

We offer a standard 7-day return policy. Returns can be processed at our stores or arranged via our call center for pickup.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer care team. Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled, but can be returned based on our return policy.
