If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the sold items within seven days from the date of purchase/delivery. The return/exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Proof of Purchase
Products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice for exchange.
Return Eligibility
We will accept the return of an item within 7 days of purchase if the item is not working or has a manufacturing defect.
If the product is found to be defective after 7 days from the date of purchase, the customer must visit our Service Center or call +971 54 581 1234 to register a complaint.
Visit any ALHASHMIGOC Store with the invoice and product, and inform the front desk officer about your complaint.
Our technical team will inspect the complaint and verify its validity.
Upon confirmation, we will process the refund and return the payment to the customer.
The product must not be working due to a manufacturing defect.
The customer must return the original box, information booklet, accessories, and all included items (e.g., gifts, gift cards, special offers).
If the original packaging was opened but the product remains unused, it may still be eligible for return, provided all accessories and packaging are intact.
We regret to inform you that returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
The product has been used.
The product has been installed or modified (e.g., air conditioners, water coolers).
The product is damaged due to misuse (e.g., cracking, scratching, mishandling), as determined by the ALHASHMIGOC team.
The packaging is incomplete, or the product is scratched/damaged.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
If a delivery attempt was made, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
